Cabinet Health is Hiring a Remote Customer Care Specialist

At Cabinet, we've been taking the healthcare industry by storm and have launched the world's first sustainable, fully compostable, refillable medicine system. We're on a mission to eliminate single-use plastic in medicine and are looking for a customer care specialist to serve our customers and spread our mission.

About the Job

Cabinet's mission is to create the world's most sustainable healthcare company by creating high-quality healthcare products in iconic, sustainable packaging. The Cabinet Care Team is at the forefront of helping our customers transition to this more sustainable way of engaging with OTC and RX medications.

Our Cabinet Care Team interacts with customers via email Monday - Friday 9:30 AM ET - 5:30 PM ET. Our Specialists are responsible for assisting customers with product concerns, questions, order issues, and most critically, helping educate our customers on the importance of eliminating plastic from our everyday routines.

The Role

We are seeking a remote part time customer focused Specialist to join our Cabinet Care Team, up to 20 hours a week, ranging from $18-20 per hour. We are in the process of building and elevating our customer experience, which means you will be partnering directly with seasoned CX experts to build the future of the Cabinet Care Team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about eliminating plastic, helping customers, and building towards the future.

Skills and Requirements

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Reliable internet, computer, and quiet space to work uninterrupted
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
  • Top tier writing and communication skills

Bonus points for…

  • Experience working with Gorgias
  • Experience with OTC or RX medicines
  • Experience working with start-ups
